AUSTRALIA

Orders for an Australian address are provided with two options for delivery:


General Postage: 


Your order is sent via Australia Post with delivery expected to be 2-3 days. You will receive an email to confirm postage of your order with tracking number details. 


Express Postage:


Your order is sent via Australia Post Express Postage for an additional charge of $10.00. Delivery is expected to be the next business day. You will receive an email to confirm postage of your order with tracking number details. 

INTERNATIONAL

Please note: There may be delays receiving your order due to COVID-19 restrictions with delayed services available. 


Orders with an address outside of Australia are provided with two options for delivery:


General International Postage:


Your order is sent using Australia Post for an additional charge of $20.00. Delivery is expected to be 6+ business days. 


Express International Postage:

Your order is sent using Australia Post for an additional charge of $40.00. Delivery is expected to be 2-4 business days.

However, we understand that simple errors can be made regarding size, style & sometimes, the specific design within a collection. So this is what we can do for you regarding returns and/or exchanges.

Requested returns because of a change of mind for one of our full price item(s) from our online store at Faebella.co will not be accepted unless there has been a sizing error or quality issue. Please see these categories below.

Orders must be posted within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund approved by our admin team via email. 


All returns must be RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL ORDER DATE. Returned items must be UNWASHED and UNDAMAGED. Please allow up to 7 days for our team to process your return and follow up with you to come to a solution. 


For returns seeking a refund because of a quality issue, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of posting your package back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period gives us a chance to receive your return package, process it in our system and allow your bank to process our refund request.
